Shipping & Returns
Australia Post are experiencing delays due to a high number of parcels and changing COVID-19 restrictions. If your order is time sensitive we recommend choosing the Express Shipping option at the checkout.

All orders will be processed within one business day, except during New South Wales public holidays and any holiday dates listed below:
Please allow an extra business day for shipping and response times after a public holiday and note our Christmas closures below.

1. Delivery Times & Costs
Shipping within Australia is through Australia Post. Please allow extra time for delivery during COVID-19 as Australia Post experiences a high volume of parcels.
All orders placed by 12pm on a business day will be sent on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on a weekend will be sent the following business day.
Standard delivery is $10 and takes approximately 2-5 business days Australia-wide.
Express post is $15 and takes 1 – 2 business days for most areas. Please check your postcode is within the Next Day Delivery Network before placing your order to ensure your delivery timeframe.
Orders over $200 are eligible for free standard postage within Australia. Please select the Free Shipping option at the checkout to claim your shipping discount.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
We deliver to PO boxes and residential/business addresses. Please ensure you select a shipping address that will be attended during the day such as a business address, as lost or stolen postage is not covered by insurance.
Live in Sydney and need something urgently? We can arrange for same day delivery for an extra fee. Please email contact@apartmentclothing.com before placing your order for a delivery quote.
Please note all orders are charged in Australian dollars (AUD).
2. International Delivery Times & Costs
Shipping is available to New Zealand for $15 for standard, $25 for Express or free for purchases over $500.
All other International orders are sent through Australia Post, and charged at a flat rate of $25.
Tracking is not available until the parcel has entered its destination country. International postage can take up to 4 weeks from the date of sending. If you require an item sooner to an international destination, please email contact@apartmentclothing.com and we can arrange faster delivery for an additional fee.
In some countries, you may be asked to pay customs charges and taxes. Payment of fees are the responsibility of the customer and Apartment Clothing will not be held responsible for delivery delays due to unpaid customs fees.
3. Returns & Exchanges
It’s important to us that you love your purchase, so if your Apartment Clothing piece doesn’t work for you we will happily organise a store credit or refund for you, providing the below conditions are met:
- Items must be returned within 21 days from dispatch for Australian customers, and 30 days for international customers.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition with all tags attached.
- You must contact us before returning the item so we can issue you with an RA number.
- Sale items are eligible for a store credit only.
To make a return, please email contact@apartmentclothing.com with your full name, order number and item/s you wish to return and we will get back to you within one business day with the next steps.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as you receive your order so we can arrange a replacement, repair or refund for you.
Please note return postage is at the customer’s expense.
