Shipping within Australia is through Australia Post. Please allow extra time for delivery during December as Australia Post experiences a high volume of parcels.
All orders placed by 12pm on a business day will be sent on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on a weekend will be sent the following business day.
Standard delivery is $10 and takes approximately 2-5 business days Australia-wide.
Express post is $15 and takes 1 – 2 business days for most areas. Please check your postcode is within the next day delivery network before placing your order to ensure your delivery timeframe.
Orders over $250 are eligible for free standard postage within Australia. Please select the Free Shipping option at the checkout to claim your shipping discount.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
We deliver to PO boxes and residential/business addresses. Please ensure you select a shipping address that will be attended during the day such as a business address, as lost or stolen postage is not covered by insurance.
Live in Sydney and need something urgently? We can arrange for same day delivery for an extra fee. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order for a delivery quote.
International orders are sent through Australia Post, and charged at a flat rate of $25. Tracking is not available until the parcel has entered its destination county. International postage can take up to 4 weeks from the date of sending. If you require an item sooner to an international destination, please email email@example.com and we can arrange faster delivery for an additional fee.
In some countries, the customer may be asked to pay customs charges and taxes. Payment of fees are the responsibility of the customer and Apartment Clothing will not be held responsible for delivery delays due to unpaid customs fees.
To make a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, order number and item/s you wish to return and we will get back to you within one business day with the next steps.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within the 10 day return timeframe so we can arrange a replacement, repair or refund for you.
Please note return postage is at the customer’s expense.
